What Nest doesn't currently provide

Nest focuses on practical, everyday support and trusted local services.
Nest does not currently provide:

Personal care

Medical or nursing care

Specialist behavioural support

Emergency response services

Medication administration or management

Childcare / babysitting services

Customer transportation services

Services requiring regulated care provision

Nest welcomes enquiries from people with a wide range of needs. However, some situations may require specialist support that falls outside the services Nest currently provides.

    Support may include everyday help, pet support, companion visits and access to trusted local providers.

    If you're unsure whether your request fits — just ask. Life doesn't always fit neatly into categories.

    The aim is to build a trusted network of carefully selected support workers and approved providers who align with Nest's values, approach and standards.

    Appropriate checks, onboarding processes and role requirements will form an important part of this process.

    Insurance arrangements may vary depending on the service type, support worker or approved provider involved.
